ABOUT EMILY cassolato
Emily Cassolato was born and raised in Guelph, graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University taking Business Administration and achieving a degree in Communications. Before becoming a Broker, Emily worked at a small family-run business called House Smart designing floor plans and selling factory-built modular homes. This experience provided her with a foundation in sales and a thorough understanding of the construction and development side of the housing industry.
In 2008, Emily joined Coldwell Banker as a full time Sales Representative. Later, in 2020 she received her Broker designation. Emily’s primary market is Guelph but she has also helped clients in surrounding areas including Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Hamilton, Georgetown and more. While she focuses on residential real estate, Emily has experience with commercial sales & leasing, as well as multi-use properties.
Real estate isn’t just a professional passion – it’s a personal endeavor too. Emily owns multiple investment properties in Guelph and enjoys turning fixer uppers into income-generating properties.
Outside of work Emily is an avid dog lover, world traveller, camper and volleyball-enthusiast. She loves going to see live music and has an active social life with life-long friends.
